BeeKind… What does it mean?

BeeKind to yourself by not using products with parabens, phthalates and artificial colours. BeeKind to those around you, you might well find it’s infectious. BeeKind to the environment so future generations may enjoy our planet’s breath taking beauty.

The BeeKind Collection from Gilchrist & Soames is available to buy online and in travel size for hoteliers. So let’s look at the benefits of using these products and how kind they really are…

  • BeeKind helps to support honeybee and sustainable pollination research by donating a portion of the proceeds to the University of California Davis – Why is this important? Bees are vital to our food chain as pollination by bees is essential for genetic sustainability. Honey, pollen and wax (harvested from bees) has nutritional, craft, manufacturing and medical applications.
  • BeeKind focuses on a reduction of plastic with the paper bottle option available to hoteliers. It uses 93% less plastic then standardised bottles and the design of the pack provides a vast reduction in space before and after use.
  • BeeKind’s formulation is blended with honey and certified organic extracts of red clover, calendula, lemongrass and chamomile – with these natural ingredients the collection is kind to skin, hair and body and even boasts a fresh lemon verbena fragrance to refresh and revive.

All in all we think the BeeKind collection is true to its word; considering the environment and significant trends within the beauty industry.
